If your room is not included in your conference registration (for instance, through an existing contract with Big Picture Learning), you can book directly here.
If you are making your own reservations (not a part of a BPL contract), you can do so by using the above registration link or by calling The Loews Philadelphia reservations team: #800-235-6397. Our negotiated rate is $184 plus tax, effective through November 13, 2023. Any reservations made after this date will be reserved at the current rate decided by the hotel upon availability. Please note: If you are a part of a school contract with Big Picture Learning, hotel dates at Lowes Philadelphia covered in the cost of a full package registration are December 4-5. If you register with dates outside of this block, you will be charged for the additional nights upon departure. Hotel cancellation policy: If unable to attend, you understand that you are responsible for canceling your hotel reservation no later than December 1. Individual reservations will automatically be billed for one night unless cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival. You understand the contract is responsible for any hotel charges after this date (or, the school contract will be charged if conference attendee does not cancel after this date).
