​Big Picture Learning’s Leadership Co-Labs are multi-day gatherings designed for leaders to step away from the day-to-day and make space for reflection, connection, and renewed purpose.
This year, you can choose from two distinct Co-Lab experiences: Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Miami, Florida. Each gathering is grounded in the schools and communities that host us, offering a different setting and focus while sharing the same opportunity to reconnect with why you lead, learn alongside others, and return to your work with greater clarity.​

LEADERSHIP COMPLEXITY
Hosted across several Albuquerque schools, this Co-Lab brings leaders together to explore what it means to lead through transition, succession, and the everyday complexity of school leadership. Through school visits, peer conversations, and reflection, participants will experience leadership in practice, grounded in Albuquerque’s rich culture and a deep commitment to youth leadership.

LEADERSHIP SOUL
Hosted in Miami in partnership with Urgent Academy, Co-Lab Miami creates space for something leaders rarely get: real stillness. Step away from the noise of the day-to-day to reconnect with your values, reflect on how you lead, and find renewed clarity and purpose. Alongside a community grounded in the belief that creative and leadership potential are everywhere, you’ll experience bold, values-driven work and consider what it can inspire in your own leadership and community.
