This year’s Big Bang Conference brings us to Dallas, Texas!

If your travel and/or lodging is part of a school contract with BPL, we’ll arrange travel for you. If you’re booking on your own, please use the registration link to reserve your room at our conference hotel.
We’ll be staying at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, one of the largest and most dynamic hotels in downtown Dallas. Located in the vibrant Arts District, the hotel places us within walking distance of museums, public art, restaurants, and local landmarks — making it an ideal launch point for exploring the city.
It’s more than a place to stay — it’s our home base for the week. A comfortable landing space to recharge, reflect, and continue the conversations sparked throughout our Big Bang of Color.
$210 per night
plus tax
Rates increase July 3rd, 2026, or once capacity is reached.
If you are making your own reservations (not a part of a BPL contract), you can do so by using the above registration link or by calling The Dallas Sheraton reservations team: 1-469-327-9276. Our conference rate is $210 (plus taxes and fees). This rate is effective until July 3, 2026. Any reservations made after this date will be reserved at the current rate decided by the hotel upon availability..

Please note: If you are a part of a school contract with Big Picture Learning, hotel dates at the Sheraton covered in the cost of a full package registration (as well as the registration + hotel package) are Jul 21, 22, and 23 only. If you register with dates outside of this block, you will be charged for the additional nights upon departure.

Hotel cancellation policy: If unable to attend, you understand that you are responsible for canceling your hotel reservation within 72 hours prior to arrival. You understand the contract is responsible for any hotel charges after this date (or, the school contract will be charged if conference attendee does not cancel after this date)
