If you are making your own reservations (not a part of a BPL contract), you can do so by using the above registration link or by calling the Renaissance New York Harlem Hotel: (332) 266-8722. Our conference rate is $169 (plus taxes and fees). This rate is effective until December 26, 2025 at 5:00 pm (EST).  Please note: the booking link may show a higher rate due to a $25.00 destination fee, which is a Marriott feature that is beyond our control. However, please rest assured that the destination fee is waived. Any reservations made after this date will be reserved at the current rate decided by the hotel upon availability. 

Please note: If you are a part of a school contract with Big Picture Learning, hotel dates at the Renaissance covered in the cost of a full package registration (as well as the registration + hotel package) are January 26, 27, and 28 only. If you register with dates outside of this block, you will be charged for the additional nights upon departure.

Cancellation policy: Once an individual reserves a room they have up to 48 hours prior to their arrival to cancel their reservation with no penalty. (48 hours is defined as 4pm ET two (2) days prior to arrival). Any individual who cancels their reservation within 48 hours of arrival will be accessed one (1) night room rate and tax and the remainder of their reservation will be cancelled.
